Diablo 4 has taken the world by storm since launching in June, racking up millions of sales and breaking earnings records for the long-running franchise. With interest in the demonic dungeon-crawler at an all-time high, Blizzard has announced plans to hold a Diablo live stream later today (July 6). If you’re keen to find out what’s next for Diablo 4 – including the Season 1 release date – then you can check out the Diablo conference at 7pm BST UK time on the evening of July 6. Express Online will update this article with the video stream before it goes live, so check back later to watch the action unfold.
The news was announced by Blizzard, alongside a preview of what fans can expect from the upcoming event.
According to the Diablo publisher, Associate Game Director Joseph Piepiora and Lead Game Producer Timothy Ismay will reveal new details about Season 1 in Diablo 4.
The Diablo 4 development duo will also detail some upcoming quality of life changes, which will likely launch as part of an imminent update.
The news won’t just be limited to Diablo 4, as Blizzard unveils the next character class coming to Diablo Immortal.
Elsewhere, fans will be able to ask the developers questions during a live Q&A session, which will take place at the end of the stream.
Blizzard will then post two additional articles, which will provide more details about the subjects covered during the Diablo livestream.
The news comes just a few days after the release of a major Diablo 4 gameplay update.
According to the recent patch notes, Blizzard used the update to increase the effectiveness of core skills.
Blizzard has also increased the amount of XP gained from Nightmare Dungeons, while improving the loot dropped by Helltide Roaming bosses.Â
The company will continue to monitor character balance, while also working on fixing one or two game-breaking bugs.
Fingers crossed the next update – which will be detailed on July 6 – will make the necessary improvements to the highly-rated dungeon-crawler.
